I haven’t been much of an updater lately and my brother (over skype the other day) asked why I haven’t posted for weeks. Sorry Dennis, your Ate Bern had been very busy and there’s really nothing much that happened since the previous post.
We had our first halloween since we moved in our house. Initially, the plan was just to go trick or treating but the boys insisted that we also give treats to the halloweeners.

KQOTD-1. Me: Raf, what do you think of our decors? Is it cute? Raf: Mom, it’s halloween. The house is supposed to look scary, not cute!

For today, November 27 (10:48pm)
Outside my window . . . it’s evening so it is dark, but the deck lights are on. Part of the snow on the deck is gone because DH shoveled it earlier. Right now, it’s -5ºC outside with real feel of -13ºC.
I am thinking . . . of chocolate cake and crispy pata.
I am thankful for. . . my very thoughtful kids. While cleaning, I found the floor plan of their dream house. It is nice to know that they allocated a room for me and DH.

We have two bathrooms (his and hers) and a walk-in closet. We also have two separate beds!… and our bed covers match the bathroom rug! We also have a hot tub inside our room and a breakfast nook. Yeah…. I love my kids!
Then I found the floor plan of their room. Its size is much bigger than ours.

(hi, this is marco. mommy asked me to write something about our room: it has a bathroom inside the closet, a bed, a couch and a 90inch plasma tv :D. in our room we have 3beds together, video games, xbox, wii and another 90inch plasma tv 😀 and 3computers. we also have a long light so it’s bright in our room. we also have a place to eat, a rug of a pokémon ball and a couch. there is a door in our room to go to the toy field room. all our toys are in there like the piano, nerf guns, lego and nerf field with many couches so you can dunk and hide …..I guess i talk to much :l bye 🙂
From the kitchen . . . baked lamb chops and broccoli soup.
I am wearing . . . my work clothes, a.k.a. apron.
I am creating . . . a Cezzane. It’s 80% done.

I am going . . . to bed soon yawn
I am reading . . . Sidney Sheldon’s Mistress of the Game. It’s a sequel to Master of the Game.
I am hoping . . . that I win the lotto.
I am hearing . . . the garage heater kicking in.
Around the house . . . all is quiet. The boys are now in their room.
One of my favorite things . . . is Thursday! Because the following day is Friday… we don’t have French class but the kids are in school.
For the rest of the week… I plan not to get stressed out (as if!)
Here’s a picture I am sharing:

I won in a raffle at the kids’ school! Free admission tickets to Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal, a $10.00 gift certificate, and free manicure. Life is good.
